Who do I contact for questions about the actual photo shoot or orders placed at the studio? Please visit this site: http://www.olanmills.com/orderinquiry.asp. Then, enter your last name and order number to find the status. Or, you can email us at csstudio@olanmills.com or call our toll free number at 1-800-251-6320.

I already visited www.olanmills.com and requested to see my images. I can see my account but there are no images to view. Where are my images? Once you request to see your images you will receive two emails. The first email welcomes you to the site and gives you log in information for you to keep for future reference. The second email will provide a link to view your images. Please allow up to 3 days from your initial request to receive this second email.

I am only seeing my most recent photo sitting on this site. How can I view all of my past sittings here? Thank you for your interest. We are in the transition process for all of our online products. At this time, only the most recent portrait sittings (those taken within the last 6 weeks) will appear on this site. All other sittings that do not fall in that timeframe will be diverted to our original online store.

What is the turnaround time for the products I ordered?
Prints and Enlargements:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for production plus 7-10 days for shipping.

Gifts and Photo Books:
For gifts, please refer to the shipping time listed as you build your product. For photo books, please allow one week for production plus 3-5 days for standard delivery.

Why can I only see some of my images but not all of the shots I viewed at the studio? In many cases, the images that were ordered in the studio are the first to arrive on the site, with the remainder showing up shortly after. Please remember that any manipulations that occurred at the studio (B&W, montages, sepia, etc.) will not appear in this online venue.
